Around the table - July 2024

Earlier this year One Gippsland headed to State and Federal Parliament to meet with Ministers, Shadow Ministers and local members of parliament to advocate for our priorities.   

During the Federal delegation we met with:

●      Senator the Hon Carol Brown, Assistant Minister for Infrastructure and Transport;

●      Office of the Hon Brendan O’Connor MP, Minister for Skills and Training;

●      Office of Senator the Hon Don Farrell, Minister for Trade and Tourism, Special Minister of State; and

●      Hon Darren Chester MP, Shadow Minister for Regional Development, Local Government and Territories, Regional Education and Federal Member for Gippsland; and

●      Mr Russell Broadbent, Federal Member for Monash.

During the State delegation we me with:

●      Hon Lily D’Ambrosio MP, Minister for Climate Action, Minister for Energy and Resources, Minister for State Electricity Commission

●      Hon Gayle Tierney MLC Minister for Skills and TAFE and Minister for Regional Development; and

●      Hon Melissa Horne MP Minister for Roads and Road Safety, Minister for Ports and Freight, Minister for Local Government, Minister for Casino, Gaming and Liquor Regulation.
